I am very lucky if away I have a replacement who is great. I work 5 days in science and help out if needed in the office but only if I can. There is 450 students at our school, 5 labs and 5 science teachers and me.

All our teachers at the start of each term I give them a container with Pens, Pencils, Colour pencils, textas, 10 xScissors, 10 xRules a stapler and sticky tape in it. We have kitty litter trays with liquids in them. I just got these at Crazy Prices most cheap shops have them for a couple of dollars each.

Our local IGA sells it. It had been taken off the shelves last year as I could not get it but I noticed it a few weeks ago so i got some just incase it goes off the shelves again.

Put two syringes in a tray drawn to the 5ml mark ---- now make sure that they are labelled as you dont want them to use the wrong one now do you.
And they are the smart ones ?????????????

The department comes around each year and does ours - if that is what you call it. We have had one that has not worked at all since I first started working here over 8 years ago. We always do ours outside if after the big bang factor .
We use a icecream bucket to do this in than when gets a crack in it it is easily replaced.
