Does NSW have anything like the WA organistation labnetwest? they seem to organise all sorts of training.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess my main problem is how to determine the colour code? For instance, a paint may have a list of ingredients which are OK for 7-12 to use, but then one or two things which are only allowable for 11/12 but in a very small percentage.
