We also looked into paying for chemwatch last year, so perhaps we may go ahead, just for the MSDS alone.

Yes I agree, No one ever lookes at ours MSDS, only me once a year when I check the Issue dates. I have never seen any one look at them. But we did have a audit come and ask were they were located. Chemwatch can change MSDS when they see fit too. As each chemcial is checked via your Large MSDS book. We need to check the issue date, if it has changed since you last printed your one, then a new one needs to be printed. They are not vauled for 5 years, it is up to chemwatch when you issue a new o...

Any one know what happened at Macqaurie university (Sure it was that university) an explosion, in the prep room. Some one using ETHER, two fume cupboards and part of the ceiling went up. Thats all I know.

Our local net work meeting, we have been down this road. Their is NO one qualifed to train us ANY MORE. The tafe has stopped the course now, and the DET have ask two ladies to become trainers. They are run off their feet, they both work 4 days a week at schools. And the DET thought one day a week to...

Litmus Blue & Red PAPER

I have found a lot of Litmus Blue paper, but it has gone a Purple colour. Can it be restored to Blue in any way?????????

The Litmus Red is pink, but I have had no comments on it.

I do believe that to be true. That is why no one will go to Science if you are away or sick. All the SAO in this school are busy trying each others job, in case of something, our new principal's idea, but I do not have to learn some one else job, because of OH&S etc etc. From our network meeting...

Pour it into a large evaperateing basin, leave over the weekend, in a fume cupboard, or some where safe. Collect the crystal's and put in a bottle, this can be used for Year 7 growing crystals, Heat in a little water, your dried out crystals, and grow crystals again, and again, and again. Ours just ...

After I wrote "Having a very bad day" I had thought it was a very silly idea, but you all have been so helpful, and Richard again you are right. So I'll have a good think over the weekend, been to the Doc's he said keep going.
