From the Appendix D CSIS book, Sulfur Powder, Sulfur Flowers, are all the same item. Page 241. It's light like a flour so perhaps that is why it got its name.

The CSIS package suggest we use 50% Methylated Spirits & 50% Distilled water. Each item should be labeled telling us what the contains are.

Eddie is a ex science teacher, and will give you a quote before he start's repairing items. If you think it is too costly, he will deliver the item back unrepaired. He really is worth a look at.
