ferric thiocyanate

Post by Kathryn »

Hi all
My chemistry teacher is wanting me to purchase ferric (or iron) thiocyanate. Our usual sources do not stock it and it is not even showing up on Chemsupply. Does anyone else have to get this? Apparently it is in the new curriculum.

It’s a mixture made from iron III nitrate and potassium thiocyanate.
