Finger print powder

Post by Kathryn »

Hi guys
what does everyone use for Black fingerprint powder? We currently use charcoal, but have been asked to see if there is anything better.

Hi Kathryn,
Haven't done this for a while, but in the past we've used chalk dust on black cardboard, as an alternative to charcoal.

Not sure if I'm on the same track, but in the past when we've done fingerprints we've used inkpads - is that what you mean?
