Hi everyone, I know it is the end of term and most of us are pretty keen to head off on holidays, but I REALLY NEED HELP!!!
Our box of fibres has gone missing and stage 3 (yr 5&6) want it first day back!! Does anyone know where I should start looking for new ones? Some I know will be easy (like wool) but others I don't even know where they come from. We need the natural ones, before they have been 'processed'. Here's the list:
wool
jute
cotton
nylon
hemp
raffia
I will be away for the entire holidays so I need to let the stage 3 teacher also know where to start looking... Hopefully between us we will come up with something! Any ideas please???

Re: Sourcing Fibres
I'm in Wollongong, and Spotlight would be the place I'd start for those sorts of things. They have a good craft section, as well as the materials.
Hope this helps.
