Hello all labbies,
Thought i would create this topic to provide some valuable recommendations to those who have just become fortunate enough to become an elusive labbie , myself included.
Myself, and i am sure others would appreciate and benefit from it, if we could all put our preferred supplier of our laboratory equipment and consumables below and one sentence explaining why. Speaking for oneself, this would then give me an idea of who to approach and maybe use in the future.
Really look forward to everyone's responses and preferences.

Re: Preffered Suppliers
Have a feeling there is a rule on here about recommending suppliers. I know we get away with it a bit but this may not work here. I can PM you a list of some of the people I deal with. Scienceassist has a list of suppliers on their website - useful if you're having trouble sourcing something unusual.
Re: Preffered Suppliers
Thanks Merilyn,
Really appreciate your help.
Sorry i was not aware of of this rule, so if anybody else wants to recommend suppliers, it would be great if you could PM me. It goes a long way in helping me decide who to go with.
TIA

Re: Preffered Suppliers
Being here in the Northern Territory I have used different suppliers from all round the country. It depends what you need to source and who specialises in what you might need. The Science Assist site has a comprehensive list of suppliers across the country and shows what they might supply. Check the websites. It never hurts to pick up a phone to also make further enquiries.
