Carbon Chemistry Textbooks

Post by lizzieb »

I am looking for 6 copies of

'Carbon Chemistry' by C.M. Roebuck
printed in 1990 by Pascal Press, Glebe NSW

They are a paperback style, the size of an exercise book.

We could pay the cost of postage, or maybe someone coming to St Mary's may be able to spare me some!

BTW - I'll be bringing down some Winchesters - as many as I can fit in my Echo's boot.

Sue, thank you so much. Apart from the 6 Carbon Chemistry books, we'd be very grateful to have class sets of the following books please:

Science for Life x 10
Essential Physics Bk1 x 10
Science and Life x 10
Nuclear Physics x 10
Fundamentals of Senior Chemistry x 10
Wave Properties of Light x 10

Like you, I've been going through excess stocks and recently gave 50 boxes to a local group who send them to schools in New Guinea. That amount's come out of 2 rooms - there's still a lot more books to go through!

The titles above are all ones we don't have copies of already.

Thanks again Sue

Many thanks Sassi for your offer, too, Sassi. I kept 2 of everything, just in case someone was looking for something specific in the future, so if Sue can spare me 6 copies, I wouldn't like to take your last 2.

I'm staying tomorrow night at the motel down the road, but will bring my little white Echo along on Thursday to unload the boxes of Winchesters - that'll make space for the books!

My car's easy to recognise - small roof racks and it's rego # is 523. I tell people it's a 'just add water number plate for a just add water car'!!

I'll try and get there early ...
