Gas equilibrium

Hi everyone,
Hoping someone can help me with some equipment.
We had some glass tubes with nitrogen dioxide in that are used for a gas equilibrium experiment. Recently one was broken and I am trying to replace it. No one seems to know what I am talking about.
Do any of you know what I mean and if so is there a special name for the experiment or do you know where I could replace it?
I have spoken to Max at Serrata and he is totally confused about what I mean and it is hard to look it up without being sure of the name.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks, Helen.

We have a set of the same they are called NO[sub]2[/sub] and N[sub]2[/sub]O[sub]4[/sub] Temperature Equilibrium Tubes Catalogue No. 4426 and they come with instructions from The Welch Scientific Company, 7300 N.Linder Avenue, Skokie, Illinois. 60076 U.S.A. Mind you the set we have a really quite old and and they have been in the school for years.

This may help Max track them down for you. Good luck.
