Can someone help please, not sure if I'm having a dyed blonde moment : Does anyone know what a EHT Power Supply is? Can be used instead of an Induction Coil.

Tried googling it and found this:

High voltage, or extra high tension - used in cathode ray and vacuum tubes amongst other scientific and industrial uses.

Any help?
