if its the one with Einstein on the front by Barbara Dungey,
it is available to order it from southern biological I think

Definitely from Southern Biological, just bought a copy a few months ago. There is also an old DET book kicking around that is very useful, too. Someone may be able to copy that one - at my last job I had a photocopy - can't remember the name.
