For the hand sanitiser: upload a digital copy to a folder that all staff can access or share it from your cloud. Make sure you let all staff know where to find it - also a good time to remind them that alcohol hand sanitisers are hazardous and must be treated as such.Kathryn wrote: ↑10 May 2021, 11:12 I have a soft copy SDS for hand sanitiser and list it in the register. However I don't provide a copy of the SDS in every classroom. For things like flyspray, I now choose to have the SDS for one brand and let that cover all brands. I can't see I am ever going to get staff to only purchase one brand. I have certainly simplified down what I used to do in the first few years when we were basically told we had to have MSDS for absolutely everything.

For the flyspray: As it is a consumer product, you do not have to include it on the register. Exception would be if your school is buying it in by the carton, then it would have to go on the register as it is no longer considered a consumer product.
