Mol Wt to 1L = 1M adjust for any other
the only thing that sends me looking at books is occassionally I get asked for Normal solutions

Thanks Ocker, yes I do agree, I have been asked for normal solutions, that is some thing I did forget. Richard Morante even he did not pick that up. So thank you very much.

Under worked you are kidding, it took me 14 months to get that done. Worked on it during the refub mostly.

I shall perhaps edit it for normal solutions.

The ratio is the weaker acid divided by the stronger. Ie in this case 1 divided by 2, or 1/2. So if you want 100mls 1M acid it is 100 x 1/2 or 50mls of the 2m acid made up to 100ml distilled water.

Just looked at the chart and the first one I looked at was the copper sulfate. I think there is one little mistake with the decimal point in the conc sulfuric acid added in the 0.5M: should be 6.25ml acid not 62.5ml "0.5M 312g in 2.437.5 water add 62.5ml Conc. Sulfuric Acid for 2.5 Lt".
Sorry Labbie, hope it is an easy fix.

If the 0.1 M uses 12.5mL of sulfuric, then 0.5M needs 62.5mL.
It is correct, right??

You are correct Lada, It could be the way I put then in order. 1 Litre then 2.5 litres. Hey Ladies I am so pleased that you a checking it for me. I went over a few times, but I would love every one to check it. Then we can say its correct and use it with confindence.
