Thanks all for your reassurance and calculations. I can now make up the solution knowing I have the right amounts. Makes the job sooo much easier.

Need to make up exactly 0.085 molar of Acetic Acid. Bottle is 60.05 MW. Book says 1molar = 58ml to make up to 1litre.
Do I have the correct amount of 4.93 ml Acetic Acid to make up to 1 litre???????

SAFETY EQUIPMENT
What do you have in each lab as safety equipment in case of spillage etc ?
I have been told I can purchase some as well as personal gear. What do you advise that I go for??
