Hi All,
Would anybody be able to tell me where I could purchase Clear Glass Spotting Plates(used to check for precipitations).Crown does have @$32 each with min of 18 purchased.To pricey.We do have plastic and porcelain ones,but clear ones,not necessary glass.

Remember the DET "WORKING IN SCIENCE" Book. It is wonderful. Has a DVD of just about everything we do in the lab.,so you can SEE how to do everything. Non DET schools are also able to purchase this at about $225. Wonderful investment.

If you cannot find a chemical on the chemwatch site, you can email them and ask them to put the chemical you want onto the site.I was told this at a course run by them in Sydney.

Hi Were these called Biosets which you view in Bioviewers, like a microscope, but made of plastic??? Regards No,they are for microscopes and made of plastic.In the meantime we checked out Australian Geographic and will be getting some next week.Will keep you informed of the price and quality. Yes,it is a mammoth task to print these sheets.In the time I was printing(over a few months) the format changed more than once.This leads to a quetion.For how long are the Chemwatch MSDS's valid?ie from Issue date to how many years later.I have been told by word of mouth for 5years,but not sure how ...
