Noona, I went to seminar given by Phil Crisp (founder of Csis) long time ago and he said, as long as you follow the guide lines given by CSIS, you do not need to do your own RA. He called it generic RA. I work in private school, so I make up RA to satisfy board of studies, but I use the generic ones...

I used to do shopping and then wait (a long time) for a refund. When I complained (and complained and..) I was given a float of $250. When used up, I apply for new one. Usually once per term. But I was told I have to use school's car. Does not worry me.
So still do shopping for every day items.

We use pH 3,6,8,11 Set up 4 t/tubes with 3mL of pH solution in each and label. Add same amount of pureed liver or core of potato in each and add 5mL of 3% fresh peroxide.
