I have an excel spreadsheet with all stock on it. I just add or delete as required. I also have a printed copy on my wall so teachers and the one day untrained assistant knows where to find things. Happy to post if anyone wants a copy

I don't know if it would be suitable but the self-serve car washes have leftover 10-20Lt clear plastic bottles that they seem to pile up. I don't know if they would have taps on them, it would be something that you'd have to check out

we have a simply bucket of buttons, they have one, two and four holes, different colors and sizes, some are old/new, shiny/dull, metal/plastic
