It seems such a simple task. I can't find zinc strips at any of the usual chemical supply places or hardware stores. Does anyone have advice for me?

try wire cutters, how big do you need your strips?

WESTLAB sells: Zinc Sheet Strip (Code: ZT006-40G) 0.1mm thick at $26/1.
I'm not sure if it comes as strips or sheet, but you can use tin snips to cut into strips, if necessary.
I'm sure the other suppliers sell the sheets as well.

I can't find sheets to cut up Labbie. Thanks for the tip Whspa. It's not popping up on their site, even when I put the code in. I'll call them.

I needed to be signed in to my account to access the chemicals! Hahahaha. Thanks for the help.

Just be careful when cutting - it is really, really sharp (as any of the metal sheets).

Thanks, Merilyn. I'm going to ask TAS to cut it up for me.
