Karmas

Hi All,
can someone remind me how to access the Karmas? I have a need to award some to some worthy colleagues....

Just click on the little "thumbs up" icon and go from there

Go to that post, see under their name, click on the + button next to Karma, and it will give you a chance to type something if you wish, submit, and follow the options.

I'll buy it I can't see any thumbs up and not everybody has the + button

Just click on the little "thumbs up" icon and go from there

You cannot add Karma to someone you have added as a friend, I've found out! Just click on the blue information of the member you want to increase the karma of in the left column and it will allow a reason for the increase also.
