Hi everyone
For those of you who also are doing the chemical inventory for the whole school, do we have to put colour dots on items such as kids paint which is classed as blue and which they go through litres and litres of the stuff?

junior school colour coding
Hi Kathyrn,
Yes, paint is a chemical and therefore needs the appropriate labelling.
And being a K-12 school, you're going to have all sorts of chemicals that are not suitable for the younger students, so it is very important that everything is labelled correctly, just to minimize the chance of accidents.

Carol

Colour Coding for Junior School
Hi Kathryn,
Keep at it like we have discussed in the passed. Using the Appendicies in the CSIS folder to indicate quantities will complement your hard work at the colour codes scheme of things.
let me know how it all goes....
Cheers,
Robb.....
