rose water

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me should i dilute rose water before it goes into a classroom? My trusty bible has no info on this in it. They are making skin cleanser... Appreciate all feed back

If you have bought a food grade rose water then there's no need to dilute it, unless of course you want to stretch it a little further. Surely they can't be using too much?

My rose water is 3 x distilled from chem supply they need 35 mL
