From The Laboratory page 204

1.4g Magnesium Chloride 0.52g Magnesium Chloride
9.9g Magnesium Sulphate 4.95g Magnesium Chloride
114g Sodium Chloride 57g Sodium Chloride
5.7g Potassium Sulphate 2.85g Potassium Sulphate
6 Litres of Distilled water 3 Litres of Distilled water

Dissolve each ingredient separately in a portion of the water, then mix all of the solutions and stir thoroughly. Aerate the mixture vigorously for 48 hours and cool in a refrigerator.

Hope this helps you out. The second lot of figures is for 3 Litres of Artifical sea water
for some reason it did not put spaces between the two. Sorry
