Hi All
Just a quick note to tell you guys that Simply Junket said that due to popular demand Franklins is now stocking Junket tablets.
You have to ask for them because they are under the counter - due to people stealing them.
Can you believe it?

You can buy Junket now in a new form in a container.
It is pink and white and you measure about 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon = 1 tablet I brought out Queanbeyan area and south ACT as we needed them for the new lambs it helps with diaharre.

Don't know if this helps - I purchase Rennet (20ml) from Southern Biological for $5.30 (ex GST) and mix 1ml to 100ml of water. Then use 1ml of this solution to 10ml of milk. It works very effectively.

Southern Biological also now have Junket powder. Apparently two enterprising ladies who used to work for the "junket tablet" company have started their own little business supplying this.
