Hi all,
My HT has requested i purchase some glass syringes with lids/caps on them.
He requires them to be airtight, so if submerged in water, there would be no water leaking into the internal of the syringe.
I have had a little look and came across syringes with 'luer locks' (see picture below of one type of luer lock) and was curious if anyone has used these, and if they are airtight?
Alternatively, does anyone know of something similar?
TIA

Re: Capped Syringes - Syringes with lids
I don't think ours get submerged, but we have some with the rubber tipped plunger that just have a ball of plasticine shoved on the squirty end. One has air, one has sand and they do the compression prac with those. I've not had any complaints. It may not suit your purpose though.
