Sartorious faecal coliform testing

Post by bigmack »

Hey gang
Bio is not my forte and I was given these to autoclave .
We have never used them before and I didn’t even know we had them .

Does anyone have them or similar ?
Are you ment to autoclave them and if so , should they be done assembled or broken down ?

Thanks

There is an old one in the background ,It has obviously sustained some damage to the plastic so I am wary .
It is a Millipore version

That was my first reaction too Marama . :cheesy:

Apparently it's part of our Aquatics classes water quality testing . They have a camp out to one of the islands and have to bring back water samples to be tested . This is just one of the tests they do .Last couple of years they didn't do this part of it .
