I have recommended John Reed, many times but you would need to check with him about microscopes. Having said that he helped us out. I can PM you with the details if you would like?

We had our microscopes repaired/serviced in February by James Entwistle of Eyepoint Instruments. He took over from Robin Parkes who ran this business for many years. His contact details are: Phone: 02.9673.0012, FAX: 02.9673.0013, Mobile: 0438.331.902, Address: 19 Henry Lawson Avenue, Werrington County NSW 2747, PO Box 8060 Werrington County NSW 2747. He charged us $100.00 per hour (ever think of changing your profession??) which I think is reasonable. He may charge a little extra for travel time, I don't know. He came here for the day, i.e. 7 1/2 hours.
We have also had John Reed to come and carry out repairs but he did all equipment except microscopes.
