Just type edible rocks into Google search and you will find a large assortment of edible rock recipes available. There are also quite a few recipes found in edible earth science.

Are any of the above-mentioned recipes any good for junior kids? Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) have just completed a unit on dinosaurs and they borrowed our (very small) fossil collection. I mentioned these recipes I had read about here and they are interested for next year. They did the plaster fossils but these edible rocks could be a bit more fun for them.
