Biro remover

Post by Ocean Breeze »

We have a Mr Nobody, who has scribbled on a brand new soft vinyl chair seat with a BIRO.

They have tried metho, gumption , and in desperation have asked me waht would be a suitable stain remover that wont damage the vinyl.

I am throwing this out to you guys.

Try Oomph Glue and Stain remover, works a treat for me on most things including the dreaded white-out. It is citrus based and I have yet to find a surface it marks. I recommend it highly. :wink2:

Hi,
Same as Loopy, I use "Oomph" on all sorts of things, it's great stuff. I also find those magic sponges(they are blue and white, sold at supermarkets) great for pen, pencil and texta marks, and you only need the damp sponge.
Cheers,

I agree with the hair spray idea - works really well, even on leather

Try Milk - lactic acid in milk reacts with ink and will not affect the vinyl.
