HI,
I have just gotten back from my holidays and have a big beaker full of soggy sodium acetate crystals sitting in my fume hood. What do you spose I should do with it? I wanna keep it, but can I drive off some of the water? or should I just bung it in a labelled container as is, for next time?, is this safe?

i don't know if its ok but I have kept it and stuck a label on it . Keeping it in chemical room.
