Registering for the World Conference in Perth

Post by Teresa »

Dear Chemtalkers

If you are considering registering for the World Conference, we would encourage you to do so early this week!

There are only 14 working days left before the Early Bird discount closes.

Sometimes it takes a week to get Professional Development approved and another week to raise the cheque. Then more time to find an envelope and the post box and finally, rely on Australia Post to deliver!

The Early Bird closing date is 31 March – which is a Saturday, so all registrations and payments must be received by Friday 30 March.

Therefore don't delay so you can take advantage of the special Early Bird price!

Regards
Teresa and Marilyn

World Conference Early Bird Price Closes

Hi Everyone,

The keynote speaker for Science Technicians is Chris Peel who is a senior advisory technician with CLEAPSS from the UK. This is an organisation that supports practical science in schools. Have a look at their website:
http://www.cleapss.org.uk

It would be great to have a strong presence at the conference and to raise the profile of School Science Technicians. There will some good networking and an informal dinner out together. Interstate people could combine it with a holiday in WA. :-)
