This is an SOS to Wollongong schools. I am desperate for the enzyme Amylase for a Yr12 Bio Prac test. Just realised mine is out of date.

our amylase is from 2007, stored at 4 degrees, still works fine 
Worth trying the old stuff if you cant get the new.
