it's Rhonda from Hornsby Girls.
I received a phone call from a labbie that will shortly lose her job through declining numbers of students.
She needs a job ergently so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
Also she is science trained (rare)
Her name is Laurel Yule and she is at Lisarow High.
Thanks everyone Rhonda

Hi, If that is a DET school, which I do believe it is. She is a displacement, tell her to get onto school staffing, think they are in Bathurst, if she is a permanent staff of Lizarow school, they have to find her another job, but if she is Casual, that is different.
How long has she worked at Lizarow??????????? Ring the PSA

Rhonda,
If you go back a few topics there is a job at a school in Darlinghurst.
I guess this may be too far but she might want to look at it.
Closing date is 9th March.

Lisarow, NSW is on the central coast between Gosford and Wyong. Just so there is a general idea of where she is situated. Makes it easier for suggesting possible schools.
Lyn.
P.S. I know I'm Darwin based but I was curious to see where Lisarow was. You would have to be keen to look for a job in Darlinghurst and do the travelling.

Hi Get her to fax her resume to all the local schools before she leaves Lisarow, With Science training and a casual det number, it will not be long before she back at work.
Have a chat with her SAM, she may know of a sam in the area, that keeps a casual list, our sam at a local school has one, and if we need some one, we ring her up.
Good Luck, it is so sad when a good casual losses a job, I know I have been there.
