Please , what is the procedure for staining using aceto-orcein. In SACE stage 2 Biol it is used to identify nucleic acids in cells

I have now read the entry in The Laboratory, properly this time and it answered my queries with a bit more detail. I will recomend using a microscope lamp to heat the slide, instead of a hotplate as writen in the Key ideas in Biology (NT) prac booklet
