I buy boxes of 100, and use latex axamination, lightly powdered, non-sterile. gloves. They are available from Q-Stores. About $6-20 for a box of 100. Phone toll free: 1800-424-613, in Sydney, NSW

Hi mate,

Have a looki in the Supply West catalogue p227,
the mediflex are only $4.00 for a hundred.
That's all we use over here.
Apart from that I use a good quality glove for stronger chems.

Hi dolphinscales,

I use the Nitrile gloves personally. The reason I wear these is because they offer excellent chemical reisistance, and if there is a pin size hole in them they will perforate and tear.

This type offers good chemical stability over a range of inorganics and organic chemicals, including Conc. Acids.

Cheers,

Robb.....

I use Nitrile gloves, as well as low allergy, powder free, latex disposable...pk of 100 on Woolies s for around $7. I need the powder free, as they dont dry out and crack my hands like the powdered ones do. Since I have started using the powder free, I havent had chaffing, drying, cracking etc. :-)
