New gauze and tripod

Hi all,
As I was in the safety course someone talked about new design of gauze & tripod which are attached together ( not separated) and it is more safer for student to use it because there is no rough edge around the gauze in that new design. Does anyone know any suppliers ? Any info about that? I hope that guy would be in chemtalk and send me the name of that supplier
Thanks

I'm not sure if he knew where they came from. They sound good and would be great if you were stocking new labs. I can't see us being able to replace the ones we have for a long time yet!

We got ours from Scientrific. Tripod SC92000 @$10 and gauze, pack of 5 SC92002 @$14.
The gauze is shaped to fit the tripod. Teachers are very happy with them.

If you had some spare time - now stop laughing!!!
You could get pliers and bend the existing gauze mats into shape..
