Hi everyone,
At my old school (10+ years ago) I set up the prep room to have 1M and 0.1M solutions of the most common chemicals stored in these and then a class set of droppers (so I wasn't making up 100-200ml at a time. Does anyone know where I would be able to get some for my current school? From memory there was a school parent who worked in pathology who collected them for us so I will ask around at local pathology places as well.
Thanks!

Hi, you could try these jerry can containers. We have them and they're great.
Hope this helps.

Yeah, the jerrys work well. Reasonably priced. Most of the suppliers stock them. I also have the Schott Youtility bottles which are a bit easier to handle than the standard glass stock bottles.

I've bought the 1L ones for stock solution and some of the 500mL ones which I keep just for making agar. Great for people without man-hands!

I had no success finding pathology bottles to reuse so I ended up getting 2.5L jerry can style bottles from Adelab when I ordered the winchesters. I have FINALLY started my re-bottling and re-labelling and it feels very good!!
