Hi all,
We are based in Bundaberg, QLD. I used to collect Goat/Sheep Ruminants from an abattoir about 1.5 hours away. They have since advised they are no longer able to supply us. Any recommendations on where you source from etc. I have contacted another abattoir which is about 2.5 hours away, no response received yet. Haven't found any from online suppliers like Southern Biological either.
Any hints and advise appreciated.

I'm confused. A ruminant is a cud-producing animal, not a body part. Please enlighten me.
