hi,

microbiology
composition agar, 15 g/L
milk solids (equivalent to 10 ml fresh milk), 1 g/L
peptone, 5 g/L
yeast extract, 3 g/L
final pH 7.2±0.2 (25 °C)

By milk solids do you mean milk powder? or do you actually use milk?
