Hi all
I have made Junket Powder into a solution and our Bio Teacher did half the parc today and she wants it saved to finish tomorrow. How do I store it? in the fridge or cover at room temp. Does Junket Sol keep at all? Thank u all This site is soooo great.

You can store Junket in the fridge do you mean it has been mixed. I take it is now a liquid solution. Just cover it with clingwrap and put in the fridge.
