How much do you have? Is it solid or in solution? Usually it is kept for chemical waste collection.

I have about 100 ml in solution 2M>

Copper compounds should not go down the sink. I put my copper waste in ice cream containers to evaporate. When the water is gone, I scrape the residue into a bin. Or you could save it for collection.
