Our 'fly by night' science teacher put in an order for a prac yesterday.
And he called me in to see it...
The order was for sodium thiosulphate, sulphuric acid, ray boxes, and conical flasks and scrap paper.
By adding the sodium thiosulphate (not sure what to) and then stanoing back and watching, the flask turned blue, to cloudy...and the light on the paper from the rax box gave a lovely 'darwin sunset'
It was cool. I recorded it on my camera!
Coolest thing I have seen in a while
