If I was required to go elsewhere in the school (have a diploma in library assistant and have been office manager in private enterprise for over 11 years) I would probably leave as from what I can see other areas...

Very rarely do I need to clean a classroom or retrieve equipment. If I do it is with the help of the teacher, but usually the teacher gets the kids to clean up after themselves (sometimes the kids are not very good at it though).
