Same here one accident and it was the first thing workcover asked for...as well as a buffer for insurance and lawsuits ....if its a prac. used for the first time we do a R.A on it. This is filed away and next time that experiment is done by the same teacher or another one they look over the document...

thanks once again can't wait till the little blighters start hatching...i am keeping them with me over christmas so i will set up a tank and change the leaves every second day as i would if the adults were with them ..just in case..my daughter (11) is wrapped

don't know about you but our computers are tempremental and web is not always accessible as in case of a fire and server being down. as chemical ohs person for our school i store a hard copy where chemicals are and another in the front office incase a fire or large spill occurs where the actual chem...

hope when you are printing out your mini msds they are just for quick references and not for legal rights. Safety says that you have to have a full msds for each chemical held on site. the mini ones are only for handing out with the chemicals to go into classroom. i print mine out on white paper put...

i havn't used anything yet but there was a topic on it earlier on and someone mentioned the hexane/acetone stuff worked and i don't want to mess up his experiment with the worng stuff. have you use meths. with good results?
