Transmission Lines Apparatus

Teacher has asked me to set up the Transmission Line Apparatus
It has been sitting in the bulk store long before I started at the school and has never been used
Ive followed the instruction but it still wont work
Is there a tweek in it somewhere that someone has figured out?

Sounds like real "Old School" physics. Do you have any pictures?

I think I found the problem :clap3:
the copper wire that was supplied with the apparatus wasnt caring the charge :-|
