I think I'm being stupid. I'm trying to find ammonia on this new version of chemwatch. I type it in and it comes up with
"no records to display" what the.......?????

Have you got your display set to "own" or "all"?

yep, sorry. Set it to full. If you have it set to "own" it will only show what is in your manifest.

Use "Live support" on chemwatch, they are most helpful.

Thanks everyone. This forum is so great!!!
Managed to email them and got a response, also got support from in-house. It was a compatibility issue all I had to do was ctrl-F5.
All fixed now. It was weird because I have used it successfully since the upgrade.
