human cheek cells prepared slide

Post by Xenon »

Seeing for some reason we can't allow students to swab their own cheeks, anyone know a supplier of human cheek cells prepared slides?

Try Southern Biological for cheek cells or any other reputable science supplier. Making cheek cell slides went on the not to be done list back in the late eighties mostly due to the Aids epidemic. I think other factors now are Hep B and Hep C. Correct me if I've got it wrong.

I agree with Lyn. All bodily fluids were banned then.
We use Southern Biological for all our biological needs. Very reliable.
